Return & Order Policy
Order Changes - Including Style, Size & Photo Changes
By submitting your order, you agree that the product we are creating is a custom order and that once your order is placed we cannot guarantee any modifications. Once an order has gone into production, no changes can be made. Please send us an email to see if your order change is possible.
Design Reviews & Revisions
We want you to love your Sole Flops, so design quality is our top concern before we go into production. Although we currently do not currently have a system setup for a product design revision, we will send you a mockup of your Sole Flops once the design has been completed.
What makes a good photo?
Before uploading your photo, please consider the following criteria our designers take into consideration:
- The photo should not be blurry or pixelated.
- The photo should be high enough quality that we are able to extract a clear face from it.
- The photo should be taken in good lighting.
- The photo should be cropped so you can you see the whole face (ears, whole head, both eyes, mouth, nose, etc.).
- The photo is a close up of the face from straight on (as opposed to the side, top, bottom or back of the face).
- If there is more than one person or animal face in a photo, please leave a "Note For The Designer" and let them know which face you would like used in the design.
If your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, a customer care representative will reach out to you.
Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Products
If you receive a damaged / defective / misprinted product, please send us an email within seven days of your item's arrival. In the email, please include a photo of the damaged product and a customer service representative will assist you. Damaged / defective / misprinted products will be replaced free of charge.
By placing an order on Sole Flops, you understand that the design, size, color and image you select will be printed on your product. If you select the wrong design, size, color or image when placing your order, Sole Flops is not responsible for replacing those items or refunding your order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled within 2 hours will receive a full refund. Since Sole Flops are custom products, you agree that orders cancelled after 2 hours of submission will be charged a $10 cancellation fee in order to reimburse the graphic designer and the Sole Flops staff for their processing time. Please send us an email to cancel your order.
Product Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy with your product, please email us. It is our goal to provide a satisfactory product to every customer. Please note, however, that due to the custom nature of each product, we do not currently offer refunds or returns.
